Professional Magic Shop by Wladimir and Marko is an online store owned and managed by Marko Drljepan. Upon registering in the online store system, the visitor obtains a username and password, which grant access to their account and the right to make purchases with each visit to the online store. The user’s username and password clearly identify and connect them to the entered data. The general terms and conditions address the operation of the Professional Magic Shop by Wladimir and Marko online store, user rights, and the business relationship between the online store owner and the consumer.
Prices and Data Accuracy
All prices are in EUR.
VAT is not charged based on Article 94, Paragraph 1 of the Value Added Tax Act (I am not liable for VAT).
If the price of an item changes during the order processing, the provider will inform the customer. The provider will do their best to offer the customer the lower price or provide an appropriate solution to mutual satisfaction.
All item photos are symbolic and do not guarantee the product’s properties.
Ordering
Ordering is available online 24 hours a day, all year round. The consumer selects and orders products available in the online store, categorized by product types.
After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification confirming the order. The email lists the selected products and quantities. The customer always has access to detailed information about the order status and content in the online store under My Account. In case of any changes or cancellations, the customer must inform the provider at drljepan.marko@gmail.com, including the purchase number mentioned in the purchase confirmation email.
Payment Methods
The provider offers cash on delivery as a payment method in the online store.
The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider’s server and is accessible to the customer 24 hours a day in their user profile.
Warranty and Product Quality
Purchased tricks cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a justified complaint. By purchasing a trick, you have purchased the instructions for it, and the prop was provided for free. Therefore, returns are not possible as you have received the instructions and learned the trick’s secret. Knowledge cannot be returned…
